Vanity Unit Basin Install

Step 1 Turn off water and disconnect old basin

Step 2 Clear and clean area 

Step 3  Unpack new basin 

Step 3 Dry fit vanity unit to ensure any adjustments that may need to be made are done at this stage 

step 4  If adjustment needed please ensure there is enough free space for your pipes hot and cold feeds as well as waste pipe.   (Hot/Cold pipe 15mm copper & PVC Waste Pipe 32mm)

Step 5 If you are fitting a vanity unit style basin after adjustments secure unit 

Step 6 Dress basin with all necessary parts Waste Kit and Taps 

Step 7 After Ensuring all parts are fitted put a small bead of silicone on edge of unit and seat basin on unit ensuring it is center on unit 

Step 7 Connect Up supply and waste services to basin

Step 8 Test basin to ensure water tight (no leaks)

Step 9 Clean and Clear area 

Step 10 Apply a bead of silicone to rear of basin between wall and basin before and after tiling
